Agreement

These terms govern your use of flowformstudio.com and the design services provided by Flowform Studio, operated by Igor Ginzburg in Santa Rosa, California ("we", "us"). By purchasing a subscription or session, you agree to these terms.

Services

Flowform Studio provides product and marketing design services on a monthly subscription basis, plus one-time design consultation sessions. Design requests are queued and worked on one at a time (or as described in your plan), with typical turnaround of 24–48 hours per request. Larger or more complex requests may take longer.

Billing

Your first invoice is issued when your first design ships; thereafter, subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until paused or canceled. One-time sessions are billed at the time of purchase. Prices shown on the site are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to an active billing period.

Pause policy

You may pause your subscription at any time. Pausing stops future billing at the end of the current billing period, and any unused time in the period is preserved. You can resume where you left off whenever you're ready. To pause, email igor@flowformstudio.com or use your billing portal link.

Refund policy

Because of the high-touch nature of the work, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer unlimited revisions within your active subscription until the work meets your expectations. Our goal is long-term partnership, not one-off deliverables.

Ownership of work

Upon payment, you own the final design deliverables we create for you, including source files. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless we agree otherwise in writing. Third-party assets (stock imagery, fonts, licensed components) remain governed by their own licenses.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, accurate brand materials, and any content required to complete requests. You warrant that materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights.

What we don't take on

We do not provide development or coding, content writing, 3D or heavy illustration, complex motion work, or complex photo manipulation. If a request falls outside our scope, we'll tell you upfront.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; work completed and paid for remains yours per the ownership terms above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sonoma County, California.
