Who we are
Flowform Studio ("we", "us") is a product design studio operated by Igor Ginzburg, based in Santa Rosa, California, USA. This policy describes what information we collect when you visit flowformstudio.com and how we use it. Questions can be sent to igor@flowformstudio.com.
Information we collect
- Contact form submissions. When you use our contact form, your name, email address, company, and message are processed and stored by Formspree, our form provider, and delivered to us by email.
- Scheduling data. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the details you provide when scheduling.
- Payment data. Subscriptions and one-time sessions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details; Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and usage data. We use Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. These services collect device and browser information, approximate location, pages visited, and interaction data (including session replays and heatmaps), typically via cookies or similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our design services.
- To schedule and conduct calls you request.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To understand site usage and improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers listed above, or where required by law.
Cookies
Analytics providers set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect and how it is used; (2) request a copy of the personal information we hold about you; (3) request deletion of your personal information; and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email igor@flowformstudio.com and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.
Data retention
We keep contact and project correspondence for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete it. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's default retention settings.
Third-party services
The services we rely on publish their own privacy policies: Google, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Formspree, Calendly, and Stripe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
