WarrCloud

WarrCloud is a B2B SaaS platform that modernizes and automates automotive warranty processing. It helps dealerships and service teams manage complex warranty workflows, cut manual effort, and improve accuracy across high-volume operations. The product is not one app but six interconnected applications, from claim processing to dashboards and admin tools.

Flowform led UX, UI, and the design system across all six applications, partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations.

The existing system was a legacy, data-heavy warranty tool that had grown fragmented over time. Dense screens and inconsistent flows put a heavy cognitive load on the people processing claims, onboarding new users was slow, and the six applications did not share a common language, which made every change expensive to build and hard to keep consistent.

We led UX from the ground up, working directly with product managers, warranty processors, and operations teams to understand the real workflows, edge cases, and constraints, then translating those complex processes and dense data into clear information architecture, streamlined flows, and approachable interfaces. The guiding aim was to reduce cognitive load and simplify decisions so new users become productive quickly, while still supporting advanced, high-volume work.

We redesigned the core workflows, dashboards, and administrative tools to support automation, clarity, and speed.

We established a scalable design system on a Material Design foundation, adapted and extended for complex, data-heavy workflows, and built and standardized reusable components and states across all six applications, giving design and engineering a shared language.

A cohesive, enterprise-ready experience across the whole WarrCloud ecosystem. Internal teams process warranties faster, with more confidence and fewer errors. The shared design system accelerated delivery, improved consistency between applications, and gave the platform a foundation built for long-term growth.
