Beans.ai builds location intelligence for logistics: geocoding, routing, and apartment maps that get drivers from a street address to an actual door. Its customers are delivery, courier, and rideshare operations whose hardest stops are apartment complexes, where the address is only the beginning. Flowform designed two of its mobile apps, including the last-mile delivery app for apartment complexes.

Standard navigation ends at the curb. Inside a large complex a driver still has to find the right building, the parking, the entrance, the elevator, and the unit, often while carrying packages and moving fast, on a phone held in one hand. Every wrong turn costs minutes, and across hundreds of stops a day those minutes are the difference between a route that works and one that does not.

We designed the last-mile delivery app around the moment that matters: the next thing the driver needs to do. The map leads with the current stop and the path to the door, with unit, parking, entrance, and elevator details surfaced in the order a driver actually uses them. Large targets, high contrast, and a stripped-down hierarchy keep it usable in motion, in daylight, one-handed.

We designed the second mobile app in the same product family with the same principles, so drivers moving between the two apps meet one consistent language.
